To be suitable for this position you must have:
✅Previous experience related to medical field is a PLUS!
✅At least 6 months experience handling International BPO Accounts
✅Exceptional communication and customer service skills
✅Strong organizational and time management skills
✅Fluency in written and spoken English (essential)
✅Good computer skills and data entry with great attention to detail (minimum 40 words per minute)
✅Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
✅Be proactive, self-motivated and work unsupervised as well as in a team
✅Problem solver and doer to ensure patients receive the exceptional service they expect
✅Excellent people skills to relate well to patients, staff and health care professionals
💰Salary Range💰: Php 20,000- P25,000
