Hearn & Hearn Consulting is proud to be part of the One Solution Asia network.
Our team recently joined partners and colleagues from across Asia at the Annual Partners Conference in Foshan, China, with plenty to discuss beyond our usual conference catch-ups.
We discussed the opportunities and challenges shaping our industry, from the rapid growth of special economic zones and data centres, to tourism development and the diversification of industrial and manufacturing markets across the region. As more of our clients expand their portfolios across Southeast Asia, cross-border partnerships, coordination and shared knowledge are becoming increasingly important.
We had interesting discussion around AI and what it could mean the way our industry works, as well as opportunities for cross-training between OSA offices, helping teams gain a broader understanding of different markets, approaches and best practice. As more of our key clients expand their portfolios across Southeast Asia, cross-border partnerships and coordination are becoming increasingly important, making the strength of our regional network more valuable than ever.
As with the OSA network continuing to grow, there are exciting times ahead as we become bigger and stronger together each year. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the conversations, shared their experiences and made the conference such a valuable few days.
