Responsibilities:
•Handles sourcing process:
1、Liaise with HR Recruitment Manager, HR Assistants and other internal customers to understand each position’s expectations
2、job posting, paper/initial screening for candidate shortlisting
•Manage the selection process:
1、Conduct initial interview and ensure delivery of complete recruitment documentation
2、Endorsement of new hires to department heads
3、Assist in scheduling the interview and examination of the applicants
4、Conduct background investigation;
5、Extend offers to the selected candidate and capture feedback through the offer process.
6、Ensure a smooth transition of selected candidate to the on-boarding process.
•Manage the Talent Acquisition systems:
1、Maintains and updates the Recruitment Database;
2、Monitor and update key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
3、Create a Talent pool for any future known work coming up
4、Foster long-term relationships with people who have been placed in roles, past applicants and potential candidates
•Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
•2+ yrs of work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles.
•Experienced Recruiter adept in candidate sourcing and uses multiple and diverse sourcing strategies
•Experienced Recruiter with strong competency profiling, interview skills and behavioral assessment & multiple assessment methodologies
•Has an excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
•Can work with minimal supervision
