Consistency without intention leads to burnout.

Most podcasters are told to “just stay consistent,” but consistency alone won’t fix unclear messaging, random topics, or lack of growth.

A podcast should have a clear role in your business.

If it doesn’t, every episode slowly feels heavier than it should.

Consistency supports strategy.

It doesn’t replace it.
