Requirements ⬇️
✅Experience in coffee shops or café operations.
Able to supervise and manage multiple café branches.
✅Good knowledge of coffee preparation, barista operations, and service standards.
✅Excellent English communication skills.
✅Must be able to drive.
✅Strong follow-up and monitoring skills.
✅Able to identify and solve daily operational issues before they become bigger problems.
✅Able to monitor staff performance, product quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
✅Good leadership skills and ability to guide and train staff.
✅Responsible, active, flexible, and able to move between branches.
Working hours: 12 hours per day.
Days off: 2 days per month.
Salary: SAR 4,000 per month.
