Mindfulness Asia presents a 4-week online mindfulness course for anyone navigating stress, uncertainty, or the relentless pace of modern life.

A couple of things to know before you sign up:

• We ask that you commit to attending all 4 sessions. Life happens, of course - emergencies are understood; but please join only if you intend to attend all sessions.
• At least one session will be recorded for submission to the facilitator's mentor for evaluation. You are welcome to turn your camera off during recording if you prefer.
