Gwei-lo ("ghostly man", the term used for a foreigner in Cantonese) offers unique Asian dishes adapted for today's pickiest of eaters. Our name was chosen based on how our food offerings work--founded on tried and tested Asian techniques and flavors, our dishes are taken to the next level with the added practicality and convenience of Japanese donburi (rice bowls) as a mode of eating and the sensi

bility of using local Filipino and Western ingredients that seem foreign to the traditional way these Asian dishes are made. Gwei-lo hopes to deliver an affordable, unique and delicious food concept easy to eat and sure to fulfill the appetite of the busy Filipino.
