The couple established the company in Lucena City as a partnership which offered architecture and engineering and design consultancy services. s the Ocean Palace Mall, which is the tallest building in Lucena City and the very first provincial mall in Quezon Provice. The company then became quickly renowned around the country because of various projects which ranges from high-rise buildings, provincial malls, commercial banks, offices, residential houses, and local churches. The company was even recognized internationally when they were involved in the master planning, architecture and interior design of the Chi Linh Star Golf & Country Club in Vietnam. On the first day of July 2015, together with their very competitive and dynamic experts, the partners re-organized the company as the T&D Design Consultancy, Co. On-board are technical professionals with diversified experiences related to architectural design, master planning, environmental design, urban design, 3D modelling and rendering.
