Snippets from a recent GBS leadership roundtable on key workforce trends for the next 12–24 months:

🔹 Flexible talent pools (freelance, VA, overseas) are reshaping traditional employment structures.
🔹 Internal mobility is replacing heavy reliance on external hiring.
🔹 Practical AI readiness for the general workforce matters more than niche technical expertise.

Core insight: Leaders don't need all the answers to navigate this shift. They just need to build a culture of psychological safety where permission to learn, experiment, and ask questions is the default.

Over the last month and a half, we successfully hosted 3 Women’s Executive Roundtables, designed specifically as safe spaces for women leaders to collaborate, share lived experiences, and tackle key organizational challenges together.

A sincere thank you to IWG (Spaces) and Country Manager Rowena Bravo- Natividad for partnering with us to host these sessions, and to all the remarkable leaders who carved out time in their schedules to participate.
