🌱 Local Stakeholder Engagement Marks a Major Step Forward for the Biosfair Project ♻️⚡

We are proud to share the successful Local Stakeholder Engagement Meeting held last April 7 at the Alterna Verde Corporation facility in San Pablo City, Laguna!

Together with Alterna Verde Corporation and atmosfair gGmbH, we introduced the Biosfair Project — an innovative containerized biogas pilot facility that transforms organic waste into renewable energy and high-quality fertilizer.

The event provided an important platform for open dialogue, allowing local stakeholders, community members, and government representatives to ask questions, share insights, and strengthen transparent communication around the project.

Event Highlights:
♻️ Advancing the Circular Economy
Turning organic waste into sustainable agricultural inputs, with the facility expected to process approximately 1,200 tons of waste annually.

⚡ Renewable Energy Generation
The project is projected to generate around 250,000 kWh of clean electricity per year, supporting local renewable energy goals.

🤝 Community-Centered Collaboration
We were honored to welcome local recyclers, community leaders, and representatives from the DENR, DOE, and GGGI to discuss opportunities, concerns, and the future impact of the facility.

🌍 Committed to Global Sustainability Standards
The Biosfair Project is pursuing Gold Standard certification to ensure measurable climate impact and verified carbon credits.

This initiative represents a shared vision of scaling localized waste-to-energy solutions across the Philippines, with a long-term goal of expanding to 15 sites nationwide.

🌱⚡ Basilan’s Energy Future is Getting Greener! ⚡🌱

On December 2, HDF Energy and REurasia Management Corporation met with Isabela City officials to discuss a proposed green hydrogen power plant. This innovative project combines solar energy, hydrogen, and battery storage to deliver stable and reliable electricity for the community.

Big thanks to City Administrator Pedrito Eisma, councilors, and local officials for the warm welcome! The day also included visits to potential project sites as we move closer to a cleaner, more sustainable Basilan.
