Forsspac is looking for a Building Services Sales Executive to make sales of Facility Management Technical Services for all kinds of building, commercial, industrial and infrastructure facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your talents to the fore and develop this and potentially other service lines of the Company.

Key Results Areas:
• Generate leads, convert opportunities to project proposals and win work.
• Assist in the development of sales presentations and other collaterals.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database on a CRM system.
• Assist in contract negotiations, contract preparation, monitoring and administration.
• Assist in preparing contract extensions and change notices.
• Assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports on sales activities, forecasts and pipeline.
• Assist the commercial team with invoicing, monitoring of payments and collections.

Forsspac is looking for a Sanitary Section Head to Lead, Manage and Develop the Sanitary Design Team and to Design Sanitary Systems that are fully coordinated, spatially and technically.

Requirements:
• Sanitary Engineering graduate, preferably a licensed engineer with experience in plumbing and Drainage systems design
• At least 10 years progressive work experience in Design/ Consulting Firm
• Well-developed working knowledge of MEPF Services and Systems design
• Working knowledge on various international and local Plumbing and Building Codes and Standards
• Experience in industrial and infrastructure projects is a must
• Must have developed working knowledge of the use and application of various design software for calculation purposes such as Water Gems, Sewer Gems, Pipeflow and Epanet including surge calculation and analysis report.
