There‘s always a place for "the fairest or the handsomest of them all" but not all stories or advertising storyboards require the fairest or the handsomest.
Truth be told, what's required is a talent that fits what the storyboard needs.
So, what does that mean for aspiring talents?
This means - do not let your preconception of what a commercial model should be hold you back from pursuing your aspiration to become one.
Though it is necessary for someone to present himself/herself in the most appropriate way possible, it is also equally necessary for the talent to be able to perform what the storyboard requires.
This is what we tell all our talents.
And this is how we help our aspiring talents land their first commercial. Their first project. We equip them to perform in VTRs and in final castings. We prepare them for the opportunity.
So that when the opportunity presents itself, our talents can grab it and make it their own.
If you think we can help, please let us know 😀
