We've all survived lockdown & are now venturing back into commercial sunlight.

FYI, this is the first time I've spent 10 consecutive weeks in one Country since 1996! For a while, I was chasing ghosts before choosing to make better use of my time. I've been improving my health & fitness whilst writing essays, narratives & tactical material. I'm just now reconnecting with clients & prospects and am finding opportunities are everywhere. SOCIAL CHANGE vs CULTURE CHANGE - what is the difference?
.. a brief answer...

FYI I consistently tell prospects and clients that neither COACH nor any other organization can promise to deliver CULTURE CHANGE and that CULTURE CHANGE can only come from within. I dismiss organizations that claim they can deliver CULTURE CHANGE as at least exaggerating. I sometimes call it what it is... lying!

HUMBLING...
Being asked a question I cannot answer, forces me to find out... or a question I don't want to answer, forces me to open up or shut up! Facing things that make us uncomfortable make us better.

I share below my instinctive reply to a very talented woman whom I want to recruit though cannot afford to hire.
