WE ARE LOOKING FOR : MIS SPECIALIST

NETWORK and WEB ADMINISTRATION
1. Evaluate and recommend computer and other communication equipment based on the needs of the organization.
2. Configure and install Operating systems and software on Computers
3. Install and maintain WEB set-up and monitor performance
4. Monitor and maintain local area network and internet access. Assure security and confidentiality of data.
5. Monitor email, internet and network usage.
6. Assure compliance on company policies.
7. Assist employees in the use of computers, local area network, Email and Internet.
8. Address queries.
MAINTENANCE OF COMPUTER AND OTHER EQUIPMENT
1. Conduct periodic inspection of Computer and other communication equipment, including Telephone systems
2. Perform simple repairs and maintenance.
3. Recommend upgrade, replacement, and repairs of computer and communication equipment as necessary.
4. Facilitate repairs of computers, network and communication systems and equipment.
Skills and Competencies Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree holder in IT, Computer Science or related
• With minimum of 1 year experience in the field of IT/ Computer related jobs
• Advanced computer skills: MS Applications, networking, connectivity, hardware & software
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good analytical and reasoning ability and Sound judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage details, efficient work habits & flexibility
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Work with the Account Relations Supervisor and Account Officer in setting operation objectives and track progress.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure retention and business expansions.
3. Assist in the performance of operational reviews and support improvement plans.
4. Facilitate the day-to-day operational activities and account management.
5. Coordinate with Recruitment to ensure timely placement of Job Orders.
6. Coordinate with HR Operations on employee and labor relations concerns for proper handling and due process.
7. Represent the management during business and operations-related meetings.
8. Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on operations updates, alignments, recommendations, and process improvements.
9. Coordinate with HRAD in identifying training needs and ensure proper training is developed and provided.
10. Work with HRAD for the proper implementation of Company policy.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
