Key Responsibilities:
Billing Management: Generate invoices, ensure accuracy, and update records.
Collections: Follow up on overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and monitor receivables.
Customer Support: Address billing inquiries, resolve disputes, and deliver excellent service.
Financial Reporting: Prepare status reports, analyze trends, and suggest improvements.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
At least 3+ years in billing and collections
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
