Maxicare's Lean Six Sigma Program Debut

It is with great joy to be part of this woven Service Culture Program promoting cross collaboration across verticals of Maxicare. In just the first season, we were able to finish 12 strong projects focused on agility-related issues from Vaccine Procurement, Reconciliation Processes, Claims Management, even including optimization of Employee-servicing functions.

It is with pride to stand in between Mr. Lance Gokongwei, President and CEO of JG Summit Holdings and, Mr. Antonio Go, Chairman of Equicom Group of Companies as we award the most outstanding projects and MVP's contributing to the values Maxicare is upholding so steadfastly through the years.
