Job Description:
● Prepare electrical cost estimates and quantity take-offs for solar farms, substations, transmission lines, and auxiliary electrical works.
● Review drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs for project costing and procurement support.
● Assist in preparation and evaluation of RFQs/RFPs and comparison of supplier quotations.
● Monitor project cost status, budget utilization, and material consumption.
● Support variation order evaluation and cost impact assessment for design revisions and site conditions.
● Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QAQC, and Construction Teams regarding project requirements and material tracking.
● Assist in preparation of billing accomplishments, progress monitoring, and project reports.
● Maintain organized documentation of cost databases, quotations, and approved project rates.
● Support project scheduling and resource planning as needed.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
● Preferably a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE/RME is an advantage).
● At least 1–3 years of experience in electrical estimation, costing, construction, or solar projects.
● Knowledgeable in electrical systems, solar farm construction, and material take-off.
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity estimation.
● Familiarity with solar EPC projects, substations, and MV/HV systems is an advantage.
● Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
● Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
●Willing to be deployed on-site at the Pampanga Project.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute SCADA system commissioning strategies and plans.
● Coordinate SCADA commissioning activities with equipment suppliers and stakeholders.
● Configure, test, and commission SCADA system components, including RTUs, HMIs,
and network infrastructure.
● Ensure proper implementation and integration of ICS protocols such as IEC 61850, IEC
104, and Modbus TCP.
● Configure and commission Ethernet switches, firewalls, VLANs, and other network
components.
● Configure, test, and commission Protection components, including Protection and
Control Relays.
● Implement ICS cybersecurity best practices following IEC 62443 framework.
● Work with SEL, GE, NR & CYG devices.
● Perform system validation, testing, and troubleshooting of SCADA and protection
systems.
● Provide technical support and training to engineers and technicians as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in SCADA & Protection system commissioning.
● Strong knowledge of ICS protocols (IEC 61850, IEC 104, Modbus TCP).
● Hands-on experience with networking and cybersecurity frameworks (IEC 62443).
● Proven experience in configuring and commissioning industrial communication
equipment (switches, firewalls, VLANs).
● Familiarity with SAS devices and protection relays (ABB, SEL, CYG & NR).
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Able to read SLD, Schematics and Control Loop logic schemes.
● Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in power systems, substation automation, and grid protection.
● Experience in Grid Compliance Testing (SCADA Integrity Testing with SO & VRE Test)
● Industry certifications in ICS cybersecurity or networking (e.g., IEC 62443, CISSP,
CCNP).
● Prior experience working with utility companies or industrial automation companies.
● Avail to design open & closed control loop systems
● Worked with PV Farm up to Substation integration to main SCADA
● Experience in using software testers/simulators (ASE2000, MODBUS Poll & IEC104)

Job Description:
