Looking to build your career in healthcare operations? We’re hiring Provider Operations Analysts to support critical provider data management and ensure accuracy—all while working from home. This is a non-voice role with the opportunity to earn up to 35k. If you have experience in BPO, shared services, or back‑office support, this is your opportunity to make an impact in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and respond to provider-related inquiries via systems, email, or correspondence
Process paper/electronic forms, audit outputs, and operational reports
Validate provider/business entity information and follow up on discrepancies
Update and maintain provider records in designated systems
Document all actions accurately in workflow tools
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data or process issues
Support project work, process updates, and operational initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in Healthcare/ Insurance account, BPO, shared services, data processing, or customer support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow defined workflows
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
