– Ideal temperature: 15–25°C (59–77°F)
– Avoid hot or humid areas (like near printers or windows).

2. Keep away from direct sunlight
– UV light fades the print and darkens the paper.

3. Avoid contact with oils, alcohol, and solvents
– These can erase or smudge the printed text.

4. Store in the original packaging until use
– The wrapping protects rolls from moisture and dust.

5. Don’t place near heat sources
– Avoid storage near machines, stoves, or heaters.

6. Stack rolls properly
– Store horizontally on shelves or boxes to prevent deforming the edges.

7. Use airtight containers for long-term storage
– Helps keep the paper dry and free from contaminants.
