OSHCCAP members visited ED Jomar Batino's office when they discussed the Third Symposium of OSHCCAP to be held in April 14 to 15, 2026 at the OSHC auditorium.

ED Jomar Batino was joined by OSHCCAP Chairman Arnold Zoleta, Dulce Gust, President Edgar Lopez, and Nevin Dela Paz of the Maritime Sector.

Today is also World Day Against Child Labor, we remember the millions of children who are burdened with labor instead of enjoying the joy of learning, playing, and growing.

🕊️ We remember Dr. Gert Gust of the ILO, who introduced in 1995 in the Philippines the program to eliminate child labor in various hazardous workplaces.
📜 We have since ratified ILO Convention 138 and 182, reinforcing our commitment to the minimum age of entry into work and the elimination of child labor in the worst forms of employment.

The video speaks volumes—children doing hard work while meaning to make ends meet with their family instead of focusing on their studies.
