MALVAR+, Doctor in Public Administration, A University Professor of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, President -Rotary Club of Makati-Urdaneta formed a nucleus to deal and engage in any form of business service. A change in the

business name was made after the complete ownership acquisition of the firm by JESUSA MALVAR and the separation of its trading activity into a sister firm, ASTA TRADING ENTERPRISES which supplies uniforms, apparel and promotional products to selected companies. September 2006, ACCBSI has a new Chairman of the Board/CEO in the presence of Virginia M. Yalong, a graduate of Economics with a comprehensive experience in Credit and Collection.
