Who supports the workforce when many workers are also caregivers?

On September 15, our President and CEO in partnership with PMAP, Eric Riego De Dios, moderated an industry roundtable dialogue under the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) program, exploring the challenges faced by women who navigate both professional careers and caregiving responsibilities for children, elderly family members, and persons with disabilities.

The discussion highlighted the importance of creating workplaces and policies that recognize, support, and empower working caregivers.

Our COO and CPO recently attended the IBPAP-Aon HR Forum: Enabling Leaders in the Age of AI: Shaping Talent, Wellbeing and Rewards for the Digital Workforce, where HR and business leaders came together to share insights, challenges, and ideas for the future of work.
