Our model integrates both technical skill-matching and values-alignment to ensure organizational fit. Who We Are
HCM Nexus Consulting, Inc. has been providing quality staffing and effective solutions to our clients since 2013. We aim to build strong human relationships by providing HR solutions that fit your talent and process needs. If you’re looking to hire or get hired in the Philippines and its surroundings, or to create appropriate, cost-effective people solutions, we are the HR partner for you. Our Story
In December 2012, we realized our (then) five year-old dream of creating an organization that would provide quality recruitment and HR services to our clients, while helping the candidates establish and build their careers. A few years on, we are living that dream of creating successful clients by providing the best fit HR solutions and job candidates, as well as inspiring successful applicants by giving them the opportunity to create a great career. Our Passion
We believe in People. We would not be in this industry if we were not passionate about people and organizations. We believe in talent and passion, and that it is possible to find the job where people can be their best. Whether it’s finding the perfect candidate for a job post, or designing the best human resource management intervention for your needs, we are at our best when we find the right fit. Our Promise
Proper job matching ensures that both clients and candidates come out of the engagement as winners. For the clients, SUCCESS is when they get the best candidate for the position, and for the candidates, SUCCESS is when they find a job that they love. In terms of HR and business solutions, we strive to create appropriate, relevant and properly-scaled solutions to help our clients succeed in their current and future endeavors. HCM Nexus is all about FIT. We are all about making sure proper matching and appropriate solutions are delivered, so that EVERYBODY WINS.
