Virtual meetings have become an Integral Part of the "New Normal"

Thanks to the technology — such as Zoom, Skype Business, and Google Meet — we can still march forward with the help of a strong virtual meeting to tackle tough issues, discuss strategies and key initiatives and get everyone “be on the same page.”

We are discovering new techniques, capabilities, and ways to deploy tools every day in a continual effort to make our Remote Global Team interactions more effective — while we should shoot for the same goals as we would in an in-person setting, we’ll need different tools to achieve them.

We cannot sugarcoat the risks and realities that the coronavirus pandemic presents to all of us, individually, as a community and as a business. Clearly, this crisis showed us that the virus does not discriminate on the basis of national boundaries, on the basis of skin color, on the basis of wealth. Everyone is at risk.

We consider ourselves very fortunate to be in the position of growing in spite of these recent difficulties.

We want to say thank you to all the healthcare providers out there, the doctors, the nurses, the first responders, grocery store workers, delivery drivers, so we can essentially survive and make it through this crazy, crazy time that we're living in.

We want to say thank you to all our Associates in continuing the daily operations. All your hard work, commitment, and invaluable contribution is truly commendable and does not go unnoticed, or unappreciated.

To all our Partners and Clients around the world who are relying on us to help them adapt and find new ways of providing products and services faster, more efficiently and cost effectively. We are very grateful for your continued support because we wouldn’t be here without partners/clients like you.

“It is undeniable how COVID 19 has impacted so much of our lives the past few months. We were left with no choice but to adapt to the changes. Here at OPSIFY, I am proud to say that we are continuously living up to the enormous challenge to ensure optimal agents’ performance even with the work from home situation.

We would like to thank all of the Women who have worked so hard, and contributed so much, to building OPSIFY.

Women have been major contributors from our beginnings over ten years ago. Today, over 70% of our workforce is Female. Their commitment to quality, Client Satisfaction and Associate well-being has molded who we are as an Organization.

Through our ups, and the inevitable downs of every business, our Women Leaders have embraced the challenges and risks that come with any growing Enterprise. Combining their passion and commitment along with their caring and nurturing nature, has allowed us to navigate the difficult times, while maintaining dignity and respect for all of our Clients, their Customers and our Associates.

According to the US Small Business Administration, approximately one third (33%) of businesses are still actively operating after 10 yrs. That means that two thirds fail. Without Women such as the ones pictured here, would not still be operating, and growing, after eleven years of operations.

Women’s equality has come a long way. There is still a long way to go. We are thankful for the Women in our Company and in our lives. Working together the best is yet to come. ❤️

A big shout out to our newest team member here at OPSIFY, John Eric Joaquin. We are so excited to have him jumping on board with us as our new Quality Manager.

“I was working for a software start-up when it happened. The most unnerving call that you will ever receive in your professional career. After almost 2 years of working for a company that has been nothing but great to me, that I've learned to love, and that treated me like family, it was all taken away faster than a Dodge Challenger on steroids. I was laid off.

Looking for a job in this uncertain time is just half the battle. It tested my patience and confidence. I've had my fair share of rejection and stormy days.

Almost a month into my search, I came across a posting from and decided to take my chances. Luckily, someone reached out to me and the rest was history. At that time, I also had an offer from a competitor. Albeit the competitor being well-known in the industry (the offer wasn't bad too :D), my gut told me to choose OPSIFY.
