We're looking for a skilled and motivated Japanese Sales Representative to join our growing team immediately!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide sales support for Japanese clients, including technical consultations, quotations, and delivery scheduling.
2. Develop new client relationships and propose sales strategies leveraging knowledge of injection molding and molds.
3. Coordinate with local staff and manage internal/external communications in English.
4. Collaborate with the manufacturing site to ensure quality and timely delivery
5. Act as a liaison and report to the Japanese head office
Qualifications:
1. Basic knowledge and work experience in injection molding and mold-related fields
2. Business communication skills in English (TOEIC 600+ or equivalent experience)
3. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or technical sales roles
4. Willingness and ability to work long-term in the Philippines
Preferred:
1. Overseas work experience, especially in Southeast Asia
2. Understanding of Filipino or ASEAN cultures
3. Tagalog language skills

Working Hours & Holidays:
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
2. Note: Saturday and holiday work may be required depending on the company calendar
