A Heart Like Jesus is a Heart for People.

Jesus never rushed past people, never treated them as distractions, and never made love feel conditional. That kind of heart is still what changes lives today. In a world that is often too busy, too guarded, and too self-focused, we are called to make space, show honor, pursue people, and love in a way that reflects Him. Because at the end of the day, people matter to God—and that should matter deeply to us too. Let’s not just build programs. Let’s build a church full of people who truly love people.

Let’s carry the heart of Jesus everywhere we go. 🤍

1. Loving God is proven by how we love people.
2. The measure of our maturity is how we treat people who can do nothing for us.
3. The church doesn’t grow because of programs, but because of people who love people.
4. Every soul matters—because every soul is eternal.
5. We don’t serve to be seen, we serve because we’ve seen Jesus move.

6. People are not interruptions; they are the ministry
7. People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.
8. Your kindness could be someone’s first encounter with Jesus.
9. It’s not about fitting people into our plans—it’s about making space for them in our hearts.
10. Jesus never rushed past people—so neither should we.

11. We build church not on talent, but on love for people
12. A healthy heart for people is seen in how we treat the last, the least, the lost, and the lonely.
13. Honor sees the image of God in every person.
14. We don’t just welcome people—we pursue them.
15. The value of a moment increases when you realize it can change someone’s eternity.
16. You can’t say you love God and hate His kids.
17. Discipleship starts with a conversation, not a curriculum.
18. We don’t wait for people to come to us—we go to them.
19. Serving people isn’t beneath us—it’s what Jesus modeled for us. 20. Loving people well is the loudest sermon you’ll ever preach.

ChapCon 2025 became a moment where pastors, chaplains, and marketplace leaders remembered why we said yes to loving people in the first place.

We saw hearts refreshed, callings reignited, and a new unity rise. The stories, the prayers, the conversations — all of it pointed back to one thing: Jesus is still building His Church, even in the marketplace.

Thank you to every speaker, volunteer, partner, and chaplain who showed up with faith, humility, and hunger. What God started at ChapCon 2025 will ripple far beyond the room.

Last July 12, BAM Philippines partnered with 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗳𝗼 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲—a powerful step toward expanding God’s work in the marketplace.

The equipping session brought together chaplains and their spouses from various Christian businesses, marking a step toward expanding the Lord’s presence in the workplace.

What the world needs right now isn’t just better leaders—it needs godly ones.

Men and women who don’t just lead with skill, but with integrity, compassion, and conviction. People who aren’t swayed by pressure or popularity, but grounded in the truth of who God is and who he's called us to be.

Because the brokenness we see—burnout, compromise, corruption—isn’t just a system issue. It’s a spiritual one. And the answer isn’t just reformation... it’s redemption.
