Working Schedule: Monday - Saturday/ 7:40 am -4:40 pm
Location: Hermosa Bataan
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy.
• Apply HR and business knowledge evidencing appropriate decision-making skills.
• Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice with them.
• Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
• Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers.
• Administer payroll and payroll records and keep accounts appraised of any changes.
• Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies.
• Support the recruitment process – this may include writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms etc.
• Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
• Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
• Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization.
• Support change management processes.
• Ensuring employees follow all policies and procedures
• Assessing report provided by the HR team to determine employee performance and training needs
• Suggesting changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company needs
• Researching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies to create salary structure and administer employee benefits
• Overseeing exit interview and procedures
• Handles discipline and termination of employee in accordance with company polices.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in human resource management or relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Managerial position
• Practical experience with HR database administration including payroll system
• Experience in a Manufacturing company is an advantage

• Strong computer skills and experience with office management and communication software

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Expert in labor laws set by governing authorities and organizations
• Ability to comprehend complex language, theories, and methodologies
• Time management and organizational skills
• Proven HR Generalist experience of three to five years
