The Learning Reporting Associate is responsible for ensuring that good, quality learning reports (both ad hoc and standard) are delivered accurately and on time.
They document the client’s reporting requirements, use Insights Marketpace (formerly CFR) and Certification standard reports, gather additional data from other sources, and customize the report required by the client.
They manage the production of reports, which may include, but are not limited to learning and financial metrics (e.g. Completion and Pe*******on Reports, Training Metrics, Training History, Training Performance Scorecards, Monthly Transcript Details, Training Budget Usage, etc.). Additionally, this Role involves coordinating with Learning Enablement Program Managers (Associate Managers and Specialists), as well as multiple operations/teams to add and support reporting insight and needs.
