QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a COLLEGE GRADUATE
Must have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
Good communication skills
knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel
Preferably w/ exposure to LMS (Learning Management System)
Must be amenable to work in CUBAO,QUEZON CITY
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Learning Reporting Associate is responsible for ensuring that good, quality learning reports (both ad hoc and standard) are delivered accurately and on time.
They document the client’s reporting requirements, use Insights Marketpace (formerly CFR) and Certification standard reports, gather additional data from other sources, and customize the report required by the client.
They manage the production of reports, which may include, but are not limited to learning and financial metrics (e.g. Completion and Pe*******on Reports, Training Metrics, Training History, Training Performance Scorecards, Monthly Transcript Details, Training Budget Usage, etc.). Additionally, this Role involves coordinating with Learning Enablement Program Managers (Associate Managers and Specialists), as well as multiple operations/teams to add and support reporting insight and needs.
Download, prepare and deliver timely ad hoc and standard learning reports
Comply with client reporting requirements
Assist in designing insightful report views (excel-based or tool-based or dashboards)
Utilize prescribed measurement and reporting tools.
Perform simple quality assurance checks before submitting assigned reports
Follow quality methodologies and principles
Ensure ad hoc/standard operational reports are delivered accurately/on time.
Analyze designated performance measures/reports including financial, satisfaction and operational metrics.
Perform root cause analysis (for example customer satisfaction surveys) where required.
Work with other functional teams to access/ understand data to be analyzed and identify process improvement opportunities.
Coordinate acrossmultiple operations/teams to add reporting insight and support reporting needs if needed.
