We are pleased to share that ATAF & Co. CPAs' Managing Partner, Atty. Ram C. Alindogan represented the ACPAPP Tax Committee together with its Chairman from Grant Thornton Phils. Nikkolai Carceran at the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Multi-Sectoral Meeting on Audit Reforms held on January 21, 2026, to discuss proposed reforms and new guidelines on the resumption of tax audits following the suspension of Letters of Authority (LOAs) last November.
We are proud to note that Atty. Ram C. Alindogan, our Managing Partner, was once again among the resource persons consulted by the BIR. His insights and recommendations on reforming the conduct and implementation of LOAs were heard and shared during the discussion, contributing to the ongoing dialogue between the public and private sectors on improving tax administration.
