To our valued clients, we have migrated to a new billing system. Based on your installation date, we have added a 3-day extension before the cut-off.
Example:
If your installation date is November 21, we add 3 days, so your cut-off will be on December 24, 2025.
If you do not see the browser redirection, you may manually type 50.0.0.1 in your browser. From there, you can view your balance, follow the instructions on how to pay your monthly bill, and request an extension through the “CLICK HERE TO REQUEST TEMPORARY RECONNECTION” option.
We would also like to remind everyone that responsible clients who pay on time are being affected because some abusive clients repeatedly ask for extensions, plead for reconnection, and then transfer to another provider without settling their remaining balance.
Dahil sa mga abusadong client, nadadamay ang mga marunong magbayad ng tama. Ito po ang dahilan kung bakit kami nag-migrate sa bagong billing system at naghigpit sa proseso dahil nalulugi na po kami sa dami ng hindi nagbabayad ng kanilang obligasyon.
Ang mga abuser ay hindi na muling makakabalik sa amin at naka-blacklisted na po sa aming system.
