Jocen Villongco is a chef by profession, a foodie by heart and a certified culinary & wine educator.
He studied at the California Culinary Academy, San Francisco then worked at the Ritz Carlton San Francisco California.
He was a full time Culinary professor at the De La Salle College of Saint Benilde.
Completed Level 3 Diploma with distinction in Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
Studied Italian cuisine in Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners (ICIF) in Asti, Italy and at the Italian Food Style Education (IFSE) in Turin, Italy.
Was Culinary Recruiter for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.
Currently the Senior Recruiter for Culinary Arts in Carnival Cruise Line - MIAMI, USA
