This is a reminder to all business taxpayers that the deadline for the replacement of the old "Ask for Receipt" Notice per RMO 43-2022 is until June 30, 2023.

All registered business taxpayers requesting the replacement of their old "Ask for Receipt” Notice are required to update their registration information before the release of NIRI. A designated official company email address shall be required, which shall be used by the Bureau in serving its orders, notices, letters, communications, and other processes to taxpayers.

All taxpayers with old Ask for Receipt shall be valid only until june 30,2023 thus please surrender to BIR now to replace with NIRI ( notice to issue receipts/invoices). For strict compliance to avoid penalties. Thanks.

Extention for Estate Tax Amnesty until June 14, 2023.
> The Estate Tax Amnesty shall cover the estate of decedent/s who died on or before Dec. 31, 2017, with or without assessments duly issued therefor, whose Estate Tax/es have remained unpaid or have accrued as of Dec. 31, 2017. The extention per Revenue Refulations No. 17-2021 issued by the BIR on Aug. 3, 2021.
