1.Correction of defects along Kibawe-Sultan Kudarat 138KV T/Line.

𝗚𝗢𝗠𝗣 𝗦𝗵𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝟭𝟬𝟬𝗺𝗩𝗔 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼.𝟮 (𝟳𝗭‑𝗫𝗙𝟬𝟮𝗦𝗞𝗨) 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀:
1. PM of 7Z-XF02SKU 2. Validation testing of 7Z-XF02SKU bushings

𝗥𝗶𝗱𝗲-𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
1. Replacement of bolted‑type connectors with wedge‑type connectors at SKU Substation switchyard - (by MD6SS)
2. Load distribution for 7Z-XF02SKU and 7ZXF03SKU during restoration - (by MD6SS and MTD-B)
3. Validation testing of 5Z-CB04(7XF03SKU) - (by MTD-B) 4. IR scanning and DGA testing during the loading of 7Z‑XF03SKU - (by MTD-B)
5. Hotspot correction at DS03(5LI1SKUDSA‑SKU) and DS05(5LI1SKU‑MID‑SKU)- (by MD6SS)
6. Energization of 2SS02SKU and associated metering facilities - (by MTD-B and OPD)

Reason: Shutdown of the Kibawe-Sultan Kudarat 138kV TL for the following activities:

1. Repair of cut strands at Phase A conductor between Tower 50 & 51.

2. Re-sagging of conductors on spans Tower 46–51 and Tower 51–52.

Reason: Non-GOMP Shutdown of the Kibawe-Sultan Kudarat 138kV TL for the following MD6TL activities:

1. Dismantling of the remaining segments of by-pass ERS-4A for Tower 138 which becomes critical due to severe riverbank scouring.

2. Replacement of PG Clamps into Wedge Type connectors at Tower No. 174, Phase A & C.
