To assist you in successfully completing your business renewal application, here are the steps and requirements you need to prepare:

Step 1: File POLICE CLEARANCE ONLINE (Pre-requisite)
Visit https://pnpclearance.ph/ to file your Police Clearance online.

Step 2: Prepare Your Documents
If your documents are complete (original and photocopy), proceed to the Malitbog Business Permit and Licensing Office for processing your business permit.

Take Note:
1.Bring your 2024 FSIC (Fire Safety Inspection Certificate) issued by the BFP. This is required for filing your FSIS online.

2.For Real Property Taxpayers/Business Owners, ensure all financial obligations are settled before proceeding with your business renewal application.

3.Gather complete details of your employees (if you have additional manpower/workers) for Cedula purposes:
Name
Birthday
Address
Birthplace
Civil Status (Single/Married/Widowed)

4.Create an Email Address for general purposes.

Step 3: Proceed to the BFP
Visit the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) for:
Online assistance, including payment processing.
Orientation regarding your FSIS ONLINE APPLICATION.
