We would like to inform all clients that the area where our servers are located in Siempre, Mallig, Isabela is currently experiencing an electricity issue.

The matter has already been reported to ISELCO, and we are currently waiting for their team to resolve the problem. As a result, some of our services may be temporarily unavailable or intermittent.

Our team is closely monitoring the situation and will restore all services as soon as power is fully stabilized.

We regret to inform you that our internet connection has been interrupted again today, despite the network being fully restored yesterday.

Initial findings show that some of our cables were INTENTIONALLY CUT, which caused the sudden loss of connection. Our technical team is working overtime, including extended hours, to restore the service as quickly as possible.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and thank you for your continued patience and understanding. Further updates will be provided once the issue is fully resolved.

Due to Iselco’s replacement of electric poles, our cables have been affected, which caused the interruption.

Following the impact of Typhoon Uwan, our technical team has started assessment and restoration efforts in affected areas since Yesterday.

Please understand that we cannot immediately fix lines from your homes as we need to assess and restore the main lines first to ensure stable service for everyone.

To ensure an organized and efficient recovery, restoration work will be carried out in the following order:

1: Main servers, relay stations, and critical network hubs

2: Primary fiber lines and major service areas

3: Individual client connections and minor lines

🌀️ Overall restoration timeline: Approximately 10–15 days, subject to on-ground conditions.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to bring services back online safely and efficiently.
