Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our growing home improvement team. Your main responsibility will be to contact potential leads, introduce our services, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a positive attitude to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
✔ Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided lead lists.
✔ Introduce and explain our home improvement services in a professional and engaging manner.
✔ Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
✔ Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in our CRM system.
✔ Meet and exceed weekly/monthly call and appointment-setting targets.
✔ Follow scripts and handle objections with confidence.

Requirements:
✔ Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or cold caller (home improvement industry experience is a plus).
✔ Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
✔ Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
✔ Comfortable working with targets and quotas.
✔ Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
✔ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
