Qualifications of Officers
General Qualifications
1. Member of the Chapter of the preceding fiscal year to the current fiscal year. This rule does not apply for the first year representatives.
2. Active participation in the affairs of the Chapter for at least one (1) year.
3. Demonstrated leadership in academic and civic undertakings
4. Good moral character
5. Endorsement by Chapter Officers
Composition of the Chapter Board
The Chapter Board must not be consisted of more than three (3) officers coming from the same class/section. Moreover, it shall not be consisted of more than its half coming from the same year level.
Specific Qualifications
Executive Committee
a. A regular student
b. Former member of the Chapter Board, regardless of the position
c. At least a Second Year student, except for the President which is required to be at least a Third Year student.
d. Not a Fifth Year student taking up a Thesis Subject.
e. Elected by the members
Board of Directors
a. An active member with active participation in at least two (2) chapter affairs from the preceding fiscal year.
b. Appointment of the Chapter President and endorsement of the Immediate Past President.
Board of Representatives
a. Shall be a regular student from the year level he/she is representing.
b. Shall come from the section least represented. Shall not be from the same class or section with the members of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
c. If and only if a First Year Representative , he/she shall be required to be the elected class Mayor/President/Leader of his/her section. Other representatives from other year levels shall be qualified according to their participation in the activities of the chapter.
