We are looking to add a proactive and committed Client Success Specialist to our team.
As our clients' secondary point of contact, you will assist them in reaching their business objectives by giving them the insights and educational support services necessary to encourage program adoption, retention, and overall success. The ideal candidate is client-focused, has a knack for problem-solving, and is passionate about driving customer success in a technology environment. In addition, you will identify upselling opportunities and negotiate contract renewals to increase client value and revenue growth.
🎯Preferably, a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, education, or a similar discipline.
🎯Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities with a client-focused approach.
🎯Proactive in upholding and strengthening client relationships and client-focused.
🎯Strongly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling several client accounts at once.
🎯Proficient in both written and spoken communication, with the capacity to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
🎯Combination Work Schedule (remote and onsite)
🎯Willing to travel and can start immediately!
