Job Description:
We are a fast-growing manpower agency seeking a dynamic Marketing Officer to spearhead our client acquisition efforts, promote our staffing services, and enhance our visibility across the Philippine market. The ideal candidate must be experienced in B2B marketing and have strong connections in industries such as hospitality, logistics, healthcare, and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to gain new corporate clients
• Create compelling promotional materials, pitch decks, and proposals
• Manage digital campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Visit potential client sites to present agency services
• Build relationships with HR and procurement teams of target companies
• Represent the agency in industry expos, trade fairs, and networking events
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to align marketing with hiring needs
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in manpower or BPO)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in lead generation, client pitching, and proposal writing
• Strong network in hospitality, healthcare, or logistics is an advantage
