The truth is, difficult situations in our lives transform us. Death of a loved one, leaving an abusive relationship, a life-threatening disease, or overcoming an addiction — these things change us.

We move past them. And, we are never the same.

These traumatic events raise our energetic vibrations and draw our attention when they occur in our life. Once our masks are gone, it encourages us to take a moment to halt, consider what we have been through, and own who we are now—or who we want to be. ✨

How do you really feel?

Being truthful is the most crucial aspect of checking in with oneself. It might be challenging and sometimes hurtful to acknowledge your feelings. It requires persistence, time, kindness, and self-compassion.

I want you to know that YOU are important. Looking for yourself is not selfish. Try to remind yourself to check in with yourself at least once per day and to be really honest with yourself about how you're feeling. Whatever that feeling is, examine it without passing judgment and instead with curiosity to see what led you to feel that way. Finding patterns and improving your self-awareness and emotional sensitivity is the path to being in tune with your emotions. ✨

You probably heard the saying “You will never get a second chance to make a great first impression” 😱

While this sounds unfair, it is true. A positive first impression is important to building a relationship with a friend, client, or even to your colleagues. Whether the interaction is over the phone or in person, the initial impression can set the tone for the entire journey. ✨

That’s why even on zoom meetings I highly recommend showing up well-groomed and also making sure the tonality of your voice is on point!

Remember : your personality isn’t the first thing people see 😉

These are all important in building credibility. And like Tom Ziglar, I also had a similar story that I’d like to share.

I remember my first job interview, I was 17 years old. I don’t have any credentials yet, no technical skills, no experience, and even a degree. I have none.

But then I realized, I had 17 years of experience working on my discipline, character, values, and integrity.

When I sat on the chair, I felt really cold like I was gonna vomit and die 😂 So I just bluntly told my boss the truth. I got the job! And she was the first person to trust me. Maybe it worked because I told her my truth.

I was ready not to be hired that day. If I fail, that’s okay! I can always try again. But not a lot of people will take that leap of faith. I am glad I took that one scary step that day. It made a huge impact on who I am today!

Dropping some Data on why having a Personal Brand is important.

Authenticity is a key factor, today, authenticity is credibility. Gone are the days where credibility wears a suit and tie 😉 People believe and trust where they relate to; raw, unedited, vulnerable comes off as real, relatable, and true.

Color identifies your personal brand. We use a signature color to express our personal brand attributes, evoke emotion.

And lastly, show up. Consistency allows you to establish awareness, build trust and deliver your services efficiently. ✨🙌🏻
