We’re Hiring for a Appian Developer!
Duties
● Translate business processes into functional software using Appian’s Business Process Management platform.
● Work as part of a virtual product team in the U.S. to develop the best end product possible.
● Integrate other platforms (including Salesforce) to create cross-platform data exchange.
● Help develop test scenarios for quality assurance.
● Maintain and continuously improve existing Appian applications and components (bug fixes, refactors, performance tuning, security patches, UX polish, version upgrades/migrations).
● Own a lightweight maintenance backlog and release cadence (triage issues, prioritize enhancements, document changes, communicate release notes).
● Monitor reliability and usage (set basic KPIs such as error rates, response times, and adoption; propose improvements based on data and user feedback).
Qualifications:
● At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Appian; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
● Exposure to AI or intelligent automation tools (e.g., agentic AI, NLP, RPA) is a plus.
● Experience with administrative or clinical healthcare processes is a plus.
● Proficient in at least one other development language or framework.
● Experience with front-end design tools (Adobe XD, Figma) is a plus.
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
● Fluent in English, both written and verbal
● Must be able to work onsite in Ortigas (for data security purposes)
● Must be authorized to work in the Philippines without employer sponsorship
● Okay to work on night shift and on a 4 x 11 working schedule
