How to Register Your Business With Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) through its Green Lane?

1. Verify your proposed business name through SEC portal;
2. Print the Name Verification Slip and pay the reservation fee either at SEC Cashier or SEC accredited bank;
3. Purchase the following corporate papers from Green Lane office: (a) Articles of Incorporation; (b) By-Laws; (c) Treasurer's Affidavit; and (d) Stock Transfer Book;
4. Fill out the corporate papers, have the incorporators sign all the pages, and have it notarized;
5. Submit the corporate papers at the Green Lane counter for checking. If there is an error or required additional document/s, comply with it immediately. If there is no error and additional documents needed, pay the filing fee, legal research fee, and registration fee for the corporate By-Laws at SEC Cashier. Submit the Official Receipt to the officer who assisted you at the Green Lane counter.
6. Once the SEC Certificate is released, register the stock transfer book and pay the registration fee at SEC Cashier.
7. Attach documentary stamp at the face of the SEC Certificate.

You are now registered but still needs to comply with other government agencies before you could commence your business operation.
