Twenty-five years after EPIRA, the message is clear: the energy sector must evolve with the times. The discussion highlighted the need for greater flexibility in regulation, supporting and capcity building for our electric cooperatives, adoption of technologies like battery storage, stronger regulatory powers for ERC, and practical incentives for the clean energy transition and grid investment
