📚 This research conference shall feature researches on current Talent Development priorities, issues, and concerns. This conference aims to serve as an avenue to encourage talent development (TD) practitioners to apply research methods in their TD initiatives.

Specifically, the conference aims to:

☑️ Provide PSTD members an opportunity to showcase their research pertaining to talent development.

☑️ Demonstrate applications of research methods in enhancing TD initiatives.

☑️ Facilitate this exercise as a means to encourage the creation of new knowledge, insights, and framework for coping with the new-normal TD requirements. Relevant concerns would include managing employees in a hybrid setup, managing a workforce composed of different generational cohorts (Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Zs) as well as upskilling talents to a level that will not be rendered obsolete by AI and automation technologies.
