Food Photography is one, if not the, most difficult disciplines in the field of professional photography.

After a dish has been prepared by the chef / food stylist, and placed on the table for the photographer to shoot, it's only a matter of minutes before the glorious, mouth-watering creation begins to oxidize, change colors, melt, dehydrate, etc...and eventually becomes less appealing for the camera.

Food photography is an art that triggers the imagination. It activates one's sense of smell and taste...in a virtual sense.
