Rover Eagle Security Agency Inc. is looking for a competent, reliable, and highly motivated Security Inspector to join our growing team.
Qualifications
* Must have a valid Security Officer/Supervisor License
* At least 2 years of experience as a Security Guard
* Experience in security inspection, supervision, or operations is an advantage
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prepare clear and detailed inspection and incident reports
* Strong leadership skills and good moral character
* Physically and mentally fit
* Able to drive a motorcycle and/or four-wheel vehicle
* Must have a valid driverβs license
* Motorcycle ownership is an advantage
Duties & Responsibilities
* Conduct regular inspections of security personnel and client sites
* Ensure compliance with agency policies, client requirements, and security procedures
* Monitor guard attendance, discipline, appearance, and performance
* Investigate security incidents and prepare accurate reports
* Coordinate with Operations Officers and Detachment Commanders regarding field concerns
* Recommend corrective actions and operational improvements
