WE ARE HIRING: Accounting and Online Research Assistant (Cebu)

We are Spring Development Corp., a small but growing company that specializes in sourcing and selling various products and services to customers. We need a talented and motivated individual who can help us with accounting tasks and online research.
As an accounting and online research assistant, you will be responsible for:
• Performing bookkeeping tasks such as preparing and maintaining financial transactions, records, and reports
• Researching different products on the internet from various stores, both local and overseas
• Working with local suppliers by calling and inquiring about product details and prices
• Performing field tasks such as canvassing for prices of items from local stores, delivering products to customers, and filing necessary permits with government agencies
• Performing other clerical duties as assigned by the management.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• A background in accounting (not necessarily a graduate of an accounting course)
• Excellent skills in online research
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, namely Word and Excel
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Prior work experience is a plus (especially in bookkeeping), but not necessary.
• Preferably located within proximity to Mandaue City, Cebu
