- Experience handling AR/collections in the construction industry
- Familiarity with project-based billing
- Strong coordination and communication skills

✅ 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 (𝐍𝐘 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞)
- Experience working on plumbing projects in New York
- Skilled in installing and maintaining mechanical systems (pipes, pumps, HVAC, etc.)
- Able to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiar with NY plumbing codes and safety standards

✅ 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐫 (𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞)
- Hands-on experience using QuickBooks
- Preferably with US client experience
- Strong attention to detail and accounting knowledge

✅ 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭
- Experience supporting US-based logistics operations
- Background in freight coordination and documentation
- Skilled in tracking and tracing shipments
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills

- Background in the construction industry is required

- Extensive leadership experience
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Proven ability to manage remote or hybrid teams

- Extensive IT support experience (preferably in BPO settings)
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Description:

Audit fix any arising issues-missing pictures, wrong product info, category sorting, swatches, etc.
SEO audit and implementation on all pages
Shopify Apps monitoring and maintenance
Theme updates and light coding adjustments
Assist with marketing efforts during major holidays-upload creatives,set announcements, etc.
Help maintain our social accounts as needed(Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest)

Qualifications:
3+years Shopify experience-preferably for an e-commerce company selling physical products(large catalog)
