Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, strong, inventory control, and dispatch of materials.
Monitors warehouse staff and ensure proper workflow, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
Provide Mandarin-English translation during meetings, warehouse operations, and coordination with foreign staff.
Translate document, reports, email, and operational instructions related to warehouse activities.
Coordinate with supplier, drivers, contractors, and other departments regarding deliveries and warehouse concerns.
Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare warehouse reports.
Ensure proper handling, storage, cleanliness, and organization of warehouse items and equipment.
Implement safety procedures and maintain compliance with company standards.
Support communication and coordination between Chinese and local employees.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive operational and company information.
