•As per the customer's concern, one unit had weak cooling performance. After a thorough inspection and system parameter check, our team found that the outdoor unit was not operating efficiently due to poor air circulation. The outdoor ambient sensor detected excessively high temperatures because the unit's airflow was blocked.
•To resolve the issue, our team recommended relocating the outdoor unit to a more open area with proper ventilation, allowing better airflow and restoring efficient cooling performance. 💯❄️
